Low sugar and i love them they can become addictive. That lemon cream is well balanced with the wafer and i like the protein level as I tend to only consume nutrient rich foods.

One of the best quality protein snacks I can buy. I already love Atkins products but these wafers and the chocolate chips from Atkins are always my go to. The ingredient with the low net carb keeps me happy with my calorie deficit. I don’t taste any weird protein but just the lemony taste which i really like.
