i am happy to find vitamin k2+d3 that is vegan. the packaging is good and it is easy to consume. the quality is great because of the ingredients. i take this daily, and the effect on me is great. the size is just right. i will purchase again. i highly recommend this.

This is a great supplement with high quality and ingredients. The benefits and dosage are also well balanced. The only thing is that sometimes this product sold out too fast! I’ve been taking this and another brand when I can’t get it.

The capsules are easy to swallow and are flavorless. I am taking it daily to boost my immune system and so far it seems to be working since I typically get sick a few times a year but haven’t come down with anything. I’ve been taking it in addition to other vitamins and supplements, so it’s difficult to say with a certainty it’s the capsules alone. But it appears to absorb well and is not expensive for the dose and quality. I would recommend it to others.
I chose this quality K2+D3 because this ingredient VITAMIN K2 is involved in the transfer of calcium to the areas where the body needs it. I didn't notice much change initially, then I studied more and I understood that it is good to take this formula with an oil - I use coconut oil - d3 being a liposoluble vitamin. So I noticed some benefit.
