First time to try this.
I live in Portugal, and it's challenging to find epsom salts in an amount large enough to do a good soak in the tub. I take magnesium glycinate supplemets, but am needing more. I am keto and struggle with electrolyte balance (lots of leg cramps). I am hopeful that this lotion will add some absorbable magnesium. Just started, so too soon to tell is it works.
