If you can't carry your L-Tyrosine powder with you to work like me, this is a great option, great dosage (1000mg) per capsule, you can pop one at work with water and enjoy the benefits, but remember to not use L-tyrosine everyday, this is something that must be cycled, especially if you want the effects to stay potent. I take it on weekdays and go off of it on weekends, unless I have a very intense workout on a Saturday each fortnight I might break that rule on that Saturday and take one. It is very very beneficial for stress and performing your best at whatever it is you're doing. Everyone must try it. and this is great quality as well and the packaging and colours are just pleasant to look at anyways.
