Nail salon visits cost time and money I'd rather spend elsewhere. I ordered this kit and have found it's great for helping me maintain smooth, healthy nails on my own. The oil is smooth and doesn't leave my fingers greasy. The buffer is great for smoothing my nails down - but it doesn't seem to last very long, FYI.
