I've been drinking it recently, as a booster 2 hours after taking collagen, usually late at night, before bed. I combine it with other amino acids, but it's very, very bitter. Just to keep in mind, in order to be able to swallow it somehow, I add a few drops of vinegar or lemon juice to neutralize the bitter taste at least a little. However, I personally have very good results from it.
L-Leucine works great for me to boost muscle gains. Makes training progress very satisfying. Another great benefit, price per dose is very cheap. Make sure you take this one strictly right after work out and strictly on days you have workouts for best results and optimal longevity impact. Biggest downside is taste. I tried different brands, they all have terrible taste. I drink it separately mixed with water like vodka shot. Nothing seems to be able to hide this taste.
