Its exactly what the label says, generic vitamin D3 capsules, 10000iu ones are perfecto to be taken every other day or twice a week or even once a week. Its super easy to deal with vitamin D deficiency with there. My daily ones are half a strength of these which still surpasses max high rec. by a bit. Zero signs of calcium toxicity, but I drink a lot water which helps to keep calcium from gathering somewhat.
