However, I wouldn’t say the effect is very strong or dramatic. One important thing to mention is that this product is not standardized, so you don’t really know the exact amount of active compounds. This might explain why the results are moderate rather than powerful. The capsules are easy to take and don’t cause any stomach issues for me. Also, it’s a vegetarian formula, which is a big plus.
