Initially began taking this to gain the ubiquinone (CoQ10) but it may be helping a little with sleeping. I have noticed increased intestinal gurgling and resulting flatulence and will continue to monitor this.

The ingredients look very high quality and very promising im hoping to get deeper sleep while having better skin recovery during slumber!
