Great value and they seem to work better than some more expensive brands. Had no flushing yet. Feel much more comfortable and confident taking these, rather than the pure flushing B3. It has been spring here so have't taken them with hot food/drinks yet. I accidentally took them at same time as my digestive enzymes and that didn't cause any flushing either. My cholesterol and pain/inflammation is better since taking these.

Bought this formula by mistake as typical Flush niacin is known to be better than non-flush niacin. 500 mg is a pretty high dose, but is easy to split in pieces for smaller dose.
