I don't eat fish, in fact I hate it. Can't even stand the smell of it cooking. Worried about my lack of seafood consumption I bought these and can happily report there is no fishy aftertaste or fish burp afterwards. Capsules are easy to swallow as well. Recommend for people that run at the smell of fish, as well as this wanting an omega top up.

I believe the quality is quite good. I like soft gels that it is easy to swallow, also no fishy taste. The dose is good for me, as other companies tend to do smaller dosage. I’m not being biased at all, but I bought this for my mom/auntie so I haven’t personally used it. However, the scent is really nice and not too strong. I took it once a week as a supplement since it has i high dosage and it is fat soluble. Fluttered when my Dr ask me if i lice eating fish since i have a good skin quality, then i told my Dr i am taking fish oil. Recommended!
