I'm not sure what ingredients are in here, but it's the most perfect homeopathy for RLS. not quite sure what the composition is but this supplement gives me relief for my RLS symptoms almost immediately.

These tablets work really well and fast to relieve leg and foot cramps. I used to automatically take two, but I've found that one will often work just as well, so now I start with one and will take another if needed, which is great, as one box will last longer that way.
