For me, this works in helping lower my blood pressure. It is also less expensive than the "chews" and does not have the caloric content the chews have. I plan on continueing to use this product because it works for me, but I have read reviews from some folks who say it does not work for them. For the price of a couple months supply, it is an inexpensive experiment if you are trying to stay off blood pressure meds. So far I have found iherb to have the best price.
