I have incorporated Lysine into my supplement protocol for over a decade. I've used several other brands over the years, but keep coming back to PE Lysine. It does not have a lot of unnecessary ingredients like "magnesium stearate" like most others. This is a good size and will last 3 months, unless on the occasion I decide to take a double-dose (rare). a very necessary amino acid!
