This is a great KETO alternative to regular muffins. They are bigger than I thought they would be and the flavor is very good.

I bought the blueberry muffins and loved them, so I thought I'd try these chocolate chip, which I find just as good. The muffin is slightly dry since it's heathier with high protein, but it's fine, it makes a great snack on the go. They are individually packed so it's very convenient. I bought them on sale, such a good deal, I'll definitely buy more again!

My girlfriend and I just love these muffins! We can’t stop eating them, the quality is great and it feels like a regular home baked muffin. Tastes amazing and perfect size! Good package size! One of the best protein snacks I ever had.

It's ok. The texture is a bit on the dry side, and it's nothing groundbreaking taste wise. But it's a nice change of pace compared to protein bar. Macros are kinda bad, but that's more like a replacement for real muffins than a replacement for protein bar.

Not quite as dry as the other ones in this series, "baked" these are nice, i heat them up a bit first. Quite large, there is no skimping on the size part. Macros wise they are great!

It’s really good and doesn’t have that kind of protein texture.

It tastes super good, especially after heating in the microwave the texture becomes more moist. I am not a fan of the macros and the price, but it’s a fun snack.
