I’ve been buying Pure Encapsulations for many years. I first found out about them from Mark Hyman. He’s a functional medicine doctor who highly recommended them because of how clean they were. That was important. So they’re good quality and I would definitely recommend the brand. Obviously the dosage and how many you take is something you should discuss with your doctor. I’m normally taking 5000 mg.
I have always trusted this brand, and taking this one seems to be making a positive difference for my immune system. I’ve been holding steady while others have fallen ill.

I like the product has clean ingredients. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 starts because the ideal D3 to K2 ratio would require higher than 100 mcg of K2 for every 4000 IU of Vitamin D. 200mcg of K2 would have been ideal for 4000 IU of D3.
wish there was 2000 though instead of 4000 but you can just take 3 times a week instead of daily to adjust this back to where needed

I don't think I need, even at 83, more D than 4k daily and I like that there's 100 mg K in each cap as I feel I need lots of K.
Living in Florida, I thought I was getting enough vitamin D but that is not the case. This also adds in K for more bang for your buck.
I buy this vitamin every 6 months. It helpts me to keep my numbers on balances. This brand is definitely better than all other i tried.
