It's a bit pricey, but it's helpful. I started taking it after a course of antibiotics due to frequent illnesses. The tablets taste like cocoa to me. I took two a day, morning and evening. My immunity improved while taking it. You shouldn't take it for more than two weeks! Take breaks.

A very worthy natural complex for supporting the immune system. I used it during the recovery period after an illness and with a weakened immune system. The composition is pure, many herbal extracts, including echinacea, astragalus root, elderberry, etc. It did not cause allergies, it is well tolerated, which is important for me, since I have a tendency to skin reactions. I took it in the morning and during the day, the effect was evident after a few days: more energy, woke up easier. Good support in combination with probiotics and Turkey Tail. I plan to repeat courses during the transitional seasons.
