This cream is very high quality. I get a lot of migraine-related neck pain. I also work in front of a computer all day which doesn't help. This cream has a nice cooling effect that soothes the pain away quickly. I think it has even stopped a few migraines in their tracks. And the scent is lovely. Not too strong but very pleasant and calming.
The 4 oz tube is a sensible size for keeping at home or in a bag. I like the cream format because it is straightforward to apply exactly where you want it, and the packaging is easy to handle.

It really does work nicely for headaches and stiff neck and shoulders! It has a rather cooling effect, but I don’t mind. It really does work and I like the scent and consistency.

If the headache is already severe, it provides some relief, but the pain does not go away completely.
Nice wee cream, I’m not sure it relieved my migraine headaches but it was nice on my neck and shoulders when I had tension in those areas. Soothing and the scent is nice and not overwhelming.
