Got this to help drop weight. I take it in the morning. This has helped me lose 6 inches on the waist over the last year. I want to decrease another 4 inches this year. Then will need to figure out how much to take as maintenance dose. I'd like to take this longterm.

so berberine is quite bitter but fortunately the capsule size wasn't too big. not sure about the dosage but I could feel that the ingredients were of some quality that was good so might buy if it was on discount
