Fasting Aid Patch, 30 Patches

I wanted these for busy days or travel when I might not have time for full meals. I noticed I definitely felt more energetic while using the patch. I also checked the ingredients and these seemed to have the best for weight loss, which is also what I’m going for. The only thing I would like to see improvement on is the patch itself. Sometimes it folds over and loses its stickiness when wearing certain material clothing.

I use this on rushed mornings when I cannot have breakfast. It has an effect of reducing appetite. This is due to quality of the product and the ingredients used. Size is good. I do benefit from using it however I don’t need to purchase this often. I like the packaging as it fits on any bag.

Good quality and I try to loose weight and I use every day in the morning and eat less , I don’t really feel hungry. It seems that I sleep better and the sleeping quality is better.
