I have been taking Basis for 7 year and i see a difference between me with Basis and friends that do not take it. I have more energy than all of them. It is a serious company with quality ingredients in their products . Outstanding .
Taken for 3wks, stared with 1 capsule and change to 2 capsules a day, didn’t feel any difference at first. But after going to gym in the evening (after skipping almost 3wks) surprisingly I don’t feel much muscle aching the next day which I usually do as my training is intense. Will continue buying for muscle recovery after workout.
I didn't expect much from this supplement, just wanted to try and see how the hype around the ingredients works for me. I was surprised that after the first 5-7 days, I felt much more energetic, focused and really rested upon waking up-the luxury I haven't experienced in years,-with a constant energy flow during the day without dips, and it's all before coffee and mushroom mix that I take daily. I want to keep on taking it at least for 4-5 months to see how it will develop, So far I'm very pleased
