I heard people drink it instead of alcohol to loosen up, it helps with anxiety, it doesnt remove it, it just helps u think and calm when you’re anxious which will make u feel better

This Kava offers all the great relaxation benefits of an evening drink, without the negative effects alcohol comes with. Chill, feeling of well being, no morning fuzzies or extra calories.I open capsules and sprinkle on my tongue, wash it down with kombucha, juice or water. Doesn't taste super great, but benefits are worth it.
This company just lists the milligrams of the root extract, without listing the kavalactone content. It doesn’t seem nearly as strong as the Himalaya brand i had been using. The Himalaya brand lists that it’s extracted from rhizomes and root extract, plus have listed laboratory test results of the kavalactone content, which is roughly 1/4 of the root extract milligram content. Nature’s Craft capsules are composed of hypromellose, which is a semisynthetic polymer. Himalaya’s capsule is naturally derived from pullulan which is produced from starch by the fungus Aureobasidium pullulans. If i would’ve looked more closely at these two important factors, would not have bought two bottles of this at a low sale price. Always important to research before buying!
