it doesn't apply as elegantly as I'd hoped or expected. Rather than looking luminous, it comes out kind of frosted (best attempt at describing the effect) — bit clumpy.

I bought different color and so satisfied so I bought more colors! It is pretty thick but still suitable for underlying and could be spread widely on the eye area.
