I wanted to wait a bit before writing this review just to be sure of the results... and honestly, I’m thoroughly impressed. Ever since I started taking micronized PEA combined with luteolin, the difference in how I feel has been huge. Anyone dealing with MCAS knows how exhausting and unpredictable the reactions can be - it feels like your body is constantly on high alert over the smallest things. Since I added this combo to my routine, my flare-ups have dropped significantly, and the reactions I do get are way milder and more manageable. My body just feels so much calmer. I specifically insist on it being micronized PEA because absorption makes all the difference, and the synergy with luteolin has worked wonders for me. I didn't expect miracles overnight, but over time, this has easily become one of the most valuable supplements in my daily stack. I took P.E.A. for the first time yesterday, just 1/3 of a capsule to start with because I’m sensitive. Soon I became relaxed and sleepy; I slept deeply and had many dreams. The relaxation felt pleasant, and in the morning I could still feel it. I won’t take it every day — maybe only when I need more relaxation in my life.

I have fibromyalgia and take this along with low dose lyrica. I am noticing a difference in pain levels, but only when taking it consistently. The capsules are too large for me so I mix the powder into a pudding or yogurt cup. It has no discernible taste.

Good for focus, digestion and keeping histamine levels in check. I like how it calmed my hyper kid. My whole family takes it. I wish we had started it sooner.

Seems to help alot with pain and has also shown benefit for improving sleep. Need to take it for longer but I trust it for the moment

I take it for intersticial cystitis. While I noticed some improvement, it's very small. But it's good for other mild pains in the body. Like light period cramps or light headache.
