I take these on en empty stomach in the AM and they make me feel good. I feel more energy and more peace of mind knowing I have an immunity boost. They don't irritate my stomach and they're like little shots you take out of the pouch. I usually follow with some water. They don't taste great but they don't taste terrible either. Tastes like a vitamin.
