Vitamin E, 240 Softgels (500 IU per Softgel)

This is the most affordable quality vitamin E I’ve found in a long time. There’s several other vitamin E I like. But they’re quite a bit more cost wise. This has the quality I like and I love that. There are small size and easy to take. Excellent ingredients, the dosage I take is two every morning. There are many benefits. I highly recommend that you Google it. I use it for my skin and also internally for a good quality omega. The packaging is great. It keeps the vitamin E away from sunlight. I did move it to a darker glass bottle once I open the package so I have easier access to take them in the morning.

I needed a 1000iu dosage of vitamin E to prepare for some oral surgery. These were the best 1000iu pills I found and they work perfectly. They are largish but not impossible to swallow.
