Great tasting gummy! Around 30 mins after taking sleep comes easily and I do not wake in the night. I have been taking these approx 3 years now and I do not need to increase from 2. Ingredients are clean - nothing nasty in them. A quality product that I look forward to each night! Thankyou plant people for all your great products!! Love them!
Why do they look like this?? So i got these to see if they would help me with my sleep amd relaxation issues. I noticed they have GABA & wanted to try them for that. Ive only just started them and took anti anxiety meds with them but they didn't hurt me & will see if they improve my mood. The ingredients being vegan & natural mattered to me.
These are delicious. I find they make me calmer at bedtime and I don’t have my middle of the night panic attacks. I still wake up sometimes but I fall right back asleep with no problems. It gives me good pleasant dreams too. I like it.

I took low-dose melatonin for years to help with my sleep. But I felt it was giving me bad dreams. So I wanted to try something else and I saw advertisements for this Plant People product. It works great. I get tired within an hour and drop off to sleep fairly quickly once I get in bed.
I have taken this a couple of times and I have to say, it has worked well. I did try to mix it with a cod product for sleep and. It did not work nearly as well. Id definitely give it an A for effectiveness when used solely. Remember, limit screen time before bed and limit food intake to 2 hours before bed for the best chance at restful sleep.
This was my first experience with these sleep gummies. I did not have high hopes because I've used other products that left me dissatisfied. After using them for one month, I can honestly say I am very pleased with the Wonder Sleep gummies, and they did work for me. I slept comfortably and through the night.
