Old Spice's After Hours Deodorant in the Scent of Spice is an intriguing fragrance experience. Initially, it presents slightly generic top notes—likely a blend of bergamot and citrus—but once these fade, it transforms into an incredible, rich scent that keeps me feeling good all day. While it may not last as long as some other Old Spice deodorants, a quick reapplication (after 6-8 hours) mitigates that issue. This deodorant feels like a journey through various fragrances, transitioning from light citrusy notes to the warmer, richer middle and base notes of vanilla, sandalwood, amber, and perhaps even patchouli. I'm very happy with this product, particularly once the initial top notes dissipate; although they aren't bad, they just aren't my preference. As with many great things, patience yields rewarding results.
