For years, I had been taking a different glucosamine (1500mg) & chondroitin (1200mg) supplement—the same strengths as this product, but without MSM. After only a week of taking this product, my joints ached!! Personally, the quality of this product is poor. I definitely will not buy this again!

This is a good formulation but the size of the tablets is nearing the limit of what is acceptable. I have had it stuck in my throat twice now. Unfortunately I got a 3 month supply, I will choose a different product next time.
