This is my second jar, I got with blueberry flavor, tastes very good, I will try other flavors too (tried watermelon, it’s good too). Creatine is very beneficial for health for women and men, my husband and me are taking it every day. Recommend and will buy again
I've been using the C4 / Cellucor Creatine COR-Performance® in Blue Raspberry, and it's been a great addition to my routine. The flavor is really good—not too sweet—and it mixes easily with water with no clumps. I've noticed solid power gains and better performance during my workouts since starting it. Definitely a creatine I’d recommend and plan to keep using!

Contains a bunch of artificial sweeteners which definitely aren't healthy. I'm considering giving this to my friend and just getting pure creatine powder. I assume quality of creatine is good, but in combination with bunch of unhealthy stuff like Acesulfame K and silicon dioxide I would not recommend this.
