I like chai, and I was attracted to the protein and collagen ingredients, and the fact that it's caffeine-free, so I bought it. The scent is nice, but the taste is... mostly just sweet (lol) and it's hard to dissolve. I don't feel like I want to drink it every day. It's also quite expensive, so I don't think I'll continue to buy it.
I really didn't connect. The product is very, very sweet with artificial sweeteners. Even when I tried to dilute it, it still remained very sweet and lost all other flavor. Basically, it doesn't taste good at all and I threw the whole box in the trash.

This product is great for those who are on the go but need a little pick me up in the morning. The Taste is amazing but you definitely need a frother to mix it up with water other than that it's an amazing product.
I really wanted to like this because the macro profile (protein + collagen) is great on paper, but the taste is almost unbearable. As a regular chai drinker, I was expecting warm spices like cardamom and ginger, but all I can taste is the artificial sweetener. It has that very distinct, lingering sucralose aftertaste that coats your tongue for hours. The texture is also an issue. Even using a frother and following the directions to use hot (not boiling) water, it stayed quite grainy and left a thick, chalky sludge at the bottom of the mug. For the price point, I expected a much higher quality blend. If you are sensitive to the taste of 'diet' drinks or are looking for an authentic, spicy chai experience, save your money. This felt more like a poorly flavored protein shake than a comforting latte.

An unusual drink, very sweet, but it says zero sugar, so it must be either Stevia or a sweetener. I just put less powder in the cup and then dilute it with milk.
