dhea supplement is recommended by my md. this one has great value at the potency description. ingredients seems pure and capsule size is ok. the dosage is a bit high since I prefer 2 doses daily of 25 mg but I empty half a capsule into an empty vial. the benefits are definitely there more energy and confidence. taste is neutral.
