The aroma and taste are very natural. It's nicely strong when made in a mug, and the amount of tea leaves is just right so it's not too weak even when made in a thermos that holds about two cups. I've been consciously drinking the detox tea after breakfast and before lunch, so I'm not paying too much attention to food, and as a result, I've lost 3 kg in a month. I'm also paying attention to my other diet and exercise, but I had been finding it harder to lose weight due to my age, so I'll continue for another month because I lost weight so easily.

It's a pretty good tea bag. It comes in three different teas, each with a different flavor and effect for the time of day. The evening tea contains some ingredients to promote bowel movements, making bowel movements smoother in the morning.

Great value for the price. Always drink the black and green tea early in the day so it won't affect your sleep. I didn't felt any discomfort from these. Great taste, I jus drink it plain or add some lemon.
