Good product and price. My husband and i have been taking around 10,000 iu daily since covid as a maintenance dose. My husband recently had his vit D levels taken and was 42.87ng/ml, ideally we want to sit between 50-100ng/ml based on Dr Boz recommendation so he could still be double what he is. I would hate to imagine how low we would be if we weren't taking our 10,000 iu daily maintenance dose. I recommend this product

These Vitamin D3 Softgels are made with olive oil. They have a nice package. The IU's are good for us. It's best t use them in winter when there is not sun. They are pretty good quality. I like how cheap they are. The soft gels are better for people than seed oil soft gels.

Only one softgel instead of three capsules of 1000iu those I had taken before this . It made medicine easy to take and this bottle of 5000ui, 500 takes saves me lot of money. Thanks Iherb to ship good products every time.

Cheap and hopefully effective. I had no tests to prove it's effectiveness since taking this brand. We had pretty good levels previously from taking other brands.

i take 5,000iu daily for maintenance especially during the winter when my vitamin d is super low. i think it also helps me with my immunity when my immune system is weak. Also great for bone health!
