My 18 year old Beagle baby was waking up several times throughout the night. This melatonin seemed to help her sleep through the night. She took it with no issue so I guess the taste is good. I recommend it.

I've been bringing it to my dog for a week now, it looks high quality, but I haven't noticed any changes in her.

Initially it seemed to help the dog relax, go to sleep and actually sleep in a little later in the morning. After a couple of weeks it seemed as though it didn't make much of a difference. He'd wind down on his own at night. I think it's more effective when it's not given to him daily, after he's not had it for a few days.

I give this to my 13 year old dog each night to help her sleep better. She gets really restless without it.
