I do not know f this works or not because the strong smell was so potent that I was, sadly, unable to use it. I will note that I am sensitive to smells and get migraines. As soon as I opened this bottle- the smell triggered a migraine right away. If you are someone that isn't sensitive to fragrances and smells, then it may be fine for you. So, just be advised if you cannot tolerate strong smells or have any detoxification issues with your body.

Comes in handy little 1 oz glass spray bottle that can be refilled or reused . smells like herbs and apple cider vinegar, not overwhelming. Soothing and refreshing and has all natural non toxic ingredients, just need to wait a moment to dry before applying other ointments or creams or putting socks or shoes on.

It works well. Havent used it much but its effective.
