Triumph, Women's Sport Multivitamin, 240 Vegetarian Capsules

Triumph is scientifically formulated to provide not the minimum doses but the effective doses of vitamins and minerals to support health. While 8 capsules seems like a lot, it provides much more than other supplements and can easily be taken as several smaller doses during the day. Legion is a brand I trust having followed its founder Mike Matthews for years. Legion guarantees the quality of its supplements.

Good packaging. Excellent ingredients. Daily use for women. I'll write about my opinion and impressions later. I'll let you know.

I thought how great it was to take a capsule and it already had everything. It turns out that in order to get the required amount of vitamins that I usually take, I need to take eight of these capsules a day.

I liked it, excellent quality 👍. Almost all the vitamins are in the ingredients. The size is fine, you can take it with you. The taste is pleasant.
