This was a component I was missing in my stack for a long time. I take it after lifting or during long BJJ sessions. it's a little hard to mix but otherwise solid product with solid ingredients
Although the ingredients are excellent and supposedly contain ingredients that directly influence alertness and performance, they are nowhere near that. On the contrary, I feel sleepy after taking it. The taste is excellent, and that's all I can say.
The Blue Raspberry flavor is really good — slightly sweet and easy to drink during workouts without being too heavy. It mixes well, though you may need to shake it properly to fully dissolve.
I've been taking this intraworkout for quite a while. It has really helped me during my session. I do FBEOD and 60minutes on the incline treadmill. I usually mix it with 1.8 liters of water. My training has been a breeze where this has subsidies the intrasession fatigue.
