Effective against infections. Tried it on my sore throat due to a virus, and it made me feel better quickly (while also taking other supplements to target the virus). Due to its cost I only take it for a few days if I’m getting sick, otherwise I’d take it daily!

This honey taste delicious! It is smooth and not overly sweet. Best tasting, honey I have ever had and to boot it has medicinal qualities.
I was a bit unsure on whether to buy this honey or not because I was scared the taste would be too intense. However it turned out to be not only delicious and fragrant but also quite good quality too. It’s a bit on the pricey side but I am hoping to build immunity with it, by using a tea spoon everyday by mouth. So far I haven’t found a higher dosage honey and for the first time ever I subscribed to the auto shipping with this product. I also like the fact that it is raw and it works really well as a prebiotic.
