It does feel a bit tacky on the skin. It didn’t leave a white cast on my skin too much, you do have to rub it in a bit. I usually avoid the eye area, so I’m not sure if this would irate my eye lids. It does not smell bad, or that sunscreen smell. On the body, it also feels a bit tacky/sticky.
