i love 100% pure products but this doesnt seem to brighten or hydrate as i would have loved! i think the seaweed culture toner is more moisturising. hope iherb carries that soon! May not repurchase.

The 100% Pure Fermented Rice Water Brightening Toner has a gentle and refreshing formula with natural ingredients, which I appreciated. After one use, I noticed a pimple appearing and I stopped using it. I don’t know if it caused by this toner or not.
