This is very essential for calcium absorption and bone health, and this packaging of 365 tabs is just perfect, lasting a year per bottle. Small tabs, easy to swallow.
The tablets are surprisingly small. The menaquinone (MK-7) form is currently considered the most effective. I take one tablet with supper as part of my health care routine, which also includes D3, calcium, and magnesium.
Hard to know if these are doing what they are supposed to be doing in my body but I can tell you the tablets are very teeny and easy to take.
