I'm loving these gummies. Much easier than using the powder. I noticed improvement in my sport performance after taking them daily for a month.
The gummies are quite large and for one serving it may be too much , especially because the texture and flavour aren’t great , so having to eat so many isn’t appealing .
My husband and son take these. Not only do they say they taste great, but they work! My husband is trying to fast supper, so he takes them in the evening and says they also make him feel full. Nice packaging, fresh, just overall great quality. They wish the daily dose wasn't five, but the product seems to be working so they'll continue taking it as prescribed.
Creatine monohydrate increases cellular energy production by replenishing ATP stores. They offer great portability and taste and size though they tend to cost more per serving than powders
So far I like them. I’m not a fan of powder so I wanted to try these after feeling low on energy post workouts. I take five of them and they work great. The flavours aren’t going to be like ‘candy gummy bears’ but it’s decent. Easy to swallow, to chew, good supplements for the non-powder people.
Did not read the sugar content before purchase and find these tip the scale with added sugars and calories. Some flavours are great - others not to my liking. I nice replacement if you want a little 'candy-like' treat after a meal that also delivers the extra creatine monohydrate. Not sure if I would buy again - would explore other less sugary options.

These are the best tasting creatine gummies I have tried.
I normally use a powder but the chews are a quick way to load up on the go. So far no issues and the chews are cost effective compared to other brands.
