I use a scoop of this in smoothies when I don’t have time to use raw ginger root, or I put this in some water in the morning for a little pick me up and get some anti inflammation benefits. I enjoy the big bag, it will last me several months. Taking off a star cause the packaging is not great, takes up more space and it will be hard to scoop without making a mess once the bag gets lower. Wish they’d use glass jars for their premium extracts rather than a cheap feeling bag, or at least use smaller packaging, it’s harder to store. Taste isn’t too spicy, I enjoy drinking it in water on its own.

I do take ginger capsules for stomach discomfort but after trying this aromatic ginger powder, I prefer the taste and smell to the capsules. It flavors most everything with a great taste and it helps absorption of some nutrients too. The large package is a great size for everyday use and love that it's organic too.

Someone did a good job with this product: the taste is great and the quality seems high. Ground ginger is, frankly, much easier to use than other forms, esp when you’re using it for tea or marinades. No need to peel, wash, boil etc. Idk if the health benefits are the same with each form but I find I’m much more likely to include ginger in my cooking and nutritious tea-making if the process is easy so….🤷🏻‍♀️
