People will say this cinnamon doesn't taste as "good" as other cinnamon but it's normal because it's Ceylon. Taste is more delicate. Also content less coumarin, known to be toxic in larges amounts. If you need a stronger taste go for Saigon. In my case I use this one for the benefits and cooking and the Saigon for tea, hot cocoa, etc.

It has been so difficult to find real cinammon like this wear i live so iherb is amazing for stocking this and being able to ship it to me in the UK. This is the only ceiling cinnamon on the website that ships to UK and for a great price! This cinnamon helps with my inflammation (not medical advice) compared to cassia cinnamon which actually makes inflammation worse. This is a true superfood and it tastes so amazing in pies, smoothies etc. If you want cinammon, always opt for ceylon. I haven't been able to find it in any grocery store or health store so when I searched Iherb and found this I was SO HAPPY. High quality, great health benefits and the bag is huge. It tastes different than the normal cinnamon you’re used to from the store, but much better quality and better for your health. The whole reason I switched. Taking a bit to get used to the earthly taste but my taste buds will adjust. Will keep using as it’s much better for you!
