Mixes alright in water with minimal settling at the bottom. The green apple flavor is subtle and easy to drink post-workout.

I'd been wanting to try creatine so when I saw one of my favorite brands, Paradise Blend, had a formula of this on sale, I took a chance. The flavor is very good and the dose is correct but, I think it's causing me some bloating so I'm still experimenting with this.
Creatine supplementation does support workout performance and recovery. This particular creatine has great ingredients and a nice refreshing apple flavor. Will buy it again.
