Of the various supplements I've tried for cognitive benefits, adaptogenic mushrooms are the only ones that have given me a noticeable edge -- and this supplement has all the ones I like in one capsule, plus vitamin D and selenium, which I also go out of my way to supplement. Super healthy and has lots of vitamin D too. Doesn’t hurt tummy when taking with / without food.
