Not suitable for everyday, too thick and skin can breakout. Not extremely likely but still can cause diarrhoea. Recommended for women with PCOS, and sluggish liver. Liver doesn't need detox since that is what it does itself. I didn't notice extreme reduction of bloated belly but I feel healthier after this liver pack. It's fun to use and bottle lasts a long time . ingredients are minimal - just castor oil. Oil is of great quality and does not have bad smell, which is important. Castor oil is not the best moisturizer, so you can mix it with other, lighter , oils. It is too thick to moisture the skin and can even dry it if used alone. still great product for general well being and beauty routines.
