Lemon balm is one of my favorite teas. As I've had it with freshly picked lemon balm leaves, this isn't on that level but it is still good quality.

This Starwest Lemon Balm provided a calm all night sleep and freedom from a spasm in my right hip. The pollution measures are up again in my area after an unexpected lull. I prefer food sources for healing . I’ve used lemon balm before and I remember a little more lemon flavor. I’ve been drinking this as iced tea so I get two bag strength with each serving.
