Good vitamins in liquid form. The only minus it’s recommended to take on empty stomach and sometimes it makes me nauseous because of this. I think it should be taken with breakfast, or to take then immediately eat something. Other than that is a good complex, good size pack.

This has a better taste than I thought it would. It’s not great, but tolerable. Not sure this one is as potent as the one I’ve ordered from Livon Labs, but it’s ok. The packaging is convenient and easier to take than the Livon one, which I appreciate.
